Place Boards

Place boards are used in most of my classes.  Place boards gives your dog a "job" to focus on while you relax or work around the house.  Giving you more freedom and your dog more structure.  It cuts back on free roaming around the house.  Free roaming can lead to naughty behaviors.  Using "place" helps your dog relax and channel a calmer state of mind.  This is especially great for anxious dogs that need help with relaxing.  Just a simple "place" is a great way to exercise your dogs mind by having them actively hold a stationary command.
